Weekend Cookery Courses

The course provides an opportunity to cook and sample Normandy recipes and also add to your vocabulary.

The course will convene at the mill on Friday evening for a Welcome Dinner.

On Saturday morning, over breakfast, we will study the recipes and ingredients and translate them. We will then prepare a meal using local products to be eaten in the evening.

After lunch there will be a talk and a tasting of local produce.

On Sunday morning there will be a visit to a market and an opportunity to buy local products.

If convenient, we will book Lunch in a local restaurant to end the weekend.

Pricing

€150 per person which includes 2 nights’ B&B, dinner on the first night, lunch on Saturday, ingredients and tuition but not travel costs or final Sunday Lunch.

If you are interested, book early as numbers will be limited to a small group. Spouses, partners and friends who wish to accompany participants, but not attend the course, are welcome to come along. For this there will be a charge of €75 for two nights’ B&B and dinners.
